This hub is the one place to find the formal Qupa documentation: technical references, operations and support procedures, monitoring and security controls, the money-flow framework, and staff training. It is maintained by Lioncap Ventures for ZB Financial Holdings.
The documents live behind a sign-in and an access tier. You sign in with your Qupa dashboard email and password; your role then decides which documents you can open. Nothing here is a public file, so a link cannot be shared to bypass the gate.
Sensitive documents need an admin sign-in
Access-control internals, disaster-recovery, audit configuration, and the settlement money-flow are locked to the highest tier. If you cannot open a document you need, ask your Qupa administrator to confirm your role.

Access runs from public to staff, then admin, then super admin. Any signed-in Qupa staff member is at least staff; branch managers reach admin; Qupa admins reach super admin and can open every document.
